This is a hole which looks easy on paper but often trips golfers up. First of all I would recommend choosing a specific target on the distant hills to ensure you don't mess up the tee shot.
Shorter hitters need to be mindful of the ditch which runs across this hole. Longer hitters can try to drive the green but this often leaves a difficult pitch off a down slope. I would only recommend this option in dry conditions with a helping wind.
The safer option is a fairway wood or long iron to the brow of the hill, leaving a short iron to the green below. The right side of the fairway provides the golfer with a flatter stance for their approach shot.
